Saturday Sketch Day Stampin’ Up Hello Life Card

For this weeks Freshly Made Sketches challenge I used the Hello Life Stamp Set which has my all time favourite sentiment in.

Freshly Made Sketches Challenge

I took a piece of A4 Soft Sky Cardstock and cut it at 4 1/8 inches scored at 5 7/8 inches for my card base. Using another piece of the Soft Sky cardstock cut to 4 7/8 inches x 3 3/8 inches I heat embossed the sentiment with Stampin White Embossing Powder after stamping it with Versamark Ink and my using my Heat Tool.

I adhered a piece of Sweet Dreams Designer Series Paper measuring 4 1/8 inches x 4 7/8 inches to my card base with snail adhesive.

Heat Embossed Sentiment

I tied a piece of 1/8 inch Silver Ribbon around the bottom of the card base and adhered my embossed piece over this with Stampin Dimensionals. Finally I finished off my card front with some Basic Rhinestones.

Do more of what makes you happy

For the inside I just adhered a piece of Whisper White Cardstock Measuring 5 5/8 inches x 3 7/8 inches. I adhered this with snail adhesive and added another piece of designer series paper measuring 1 inch x 3 5/8 inches.
